To understand Taoism and Zen Buddhism, one should think without the concept of self. To think without the concept of self, one should speak a language without the necessity to use the subject in the sentence. In Japanese, one doesn't need to use a subject. To learn Japanese, please visit ZenShinTao. We use sentences from Zen Master Dogen's «Shobogenzo» to learn a character or phrase a day.
