After great Tao has fallen out of use, we have "morality of love" and its rules. (Ch.18)


Rules are strict in Japan.

At the platform in a railway station, you can hear something like:

In the train, you may find some Japanese men standing by the conductor's booth and staring at him.

After the state has gone out of order and got dark, we have loyal ministers. (Ch.18)

Look around.

If you have many "yes" men around you, it is a visible sign that your company is out of order.

Tao Te Ching Chapter 18-3 Merciful "love"?

Today's Tao

Since six relations are not in harmony, we have children's filial duty and parent's merciful "love". (Ch.18)


When your family, like anything else, is in harmony, you don't need any duty or mercy.

Everything goes naturally.

When you think you are doing something for someone, the act is not spontaneous, which means it is false.

If you believe in Taoism and are one with Tao, you know how useless it is to do something for someone in your hologram.

When the word "love" comes up to your head, that act of love is no longer an act of love.

It has become something else.

Probably, it is an act of controlling someone, or, at least, that of interfering him.

Many people think they are intelligent.

They discriminate one from another and judge everything.

They are stuck in the dichotomy of good and evil.

They don't know how to handle the concept of evil, so they need hypocrisy.

For they are not natural and created by a society.
