For some people, it might be too difficult to accept Lao Tzu's teachings in this Chapter 45 Perfection because he teaches you that your life and the world are perfect: "You (are) the master of the world under the sky."
That's why Zen Master Tozan Ryokai says: "When it's cold, make yourself feel cold completely".
Zen Master Dogen paraphrases this: "Cold is the very living holography of Buddha ancestors."
