Tao Te Ching Chapter 16-13 King
Today's Tao
The public is a king. (Ch.16)
"The public" means the state without self.
"A king" signifies the creator of the hologram.
Without your own self, you are the creator of the hologram.
Well, that's not precise.
Whether you are aware of your own self or not, your own self does not belong to you.
So, you are constantly creating the world whether you think you are stuck in your own self or not.
