Tao Te Ching Chapter 13-11 No body, no trouble
Today's Tao
If I don't have my body, I don't have any trouble. (Ch.13)
Please don't take it as if your troubles are as important as your body.
In Tao, it is completely the other way round.
Don't take your own self too seriously, and all your troubles will disappear.
Your thoughts and feelings are like clouds in the sky.
You don't have to feel responsible for them, do you?
So are your troubles.
