Tao Te Ching Chapter 68 No fight (playlist)

A true samurai doesn't fight.

A true warrior doesn't get angry.

A true winner doesn't compete.

(from this chapter)

★★★

A true samurai doesn't fight. He accepts all.

If you are angry, you are already defeated.

★★★

"Simply, he doesn't compete. That's why no one under the sky can compete with him."
(Lao Tzu, Tao Te Ching Ch.22)

This is the essence of Aiki-do 合気道, or Tao of synchronized energy.
(☞See Aikido 22-12, Don't compete 66-7, and Aikido & Tariki / Other people's power 68-6)
