Tao Te Ching Chapter 63-14 Nothing is difficult
Today's Tao
So, after all, nothing is difficult to him. (Ch.63)
From the beginning, nothing is difficult to anyone.
Because everything is a catalyst.
Or, you can call it a prayer as Zen Buddhists do.
Don't say either "difficult" nor "easy".
Don't judge.
Everything is sending you the same messages:
1. "Accept me."
2. "Love me."
All you have to do is to accept and love all.
That is how you make everything "easy".

☞Michio Kushi is Macrobiotics-ojisan, or Uncle Macrobiotics. His contribution to the propagation of a healthier eating habit was rewarded with the Award of Excellence from the United Nations Society of Writers. Ironically, traveling too much around the world to advocate macrobiotics, he often has to stay in a hotel and eat out, and doesn't have enough time at home to practice his own macrobiotics, it seems. ☞Whether it is a folk belief or a scientific fact, the Japanese and others look to Shiitake mushrooms for the cure of cancer. Eat them while enjoying a nice reading of Michio Kushi's «The Cancer Prevention Diet».
